The work is not defined by one sport. It sits in the layer that allows every Functional Area to operate inside the same venue reality: who uses which room, how flows cross, where food can move, how staff arrive, where equipment sits, what happens when an instruction changes, and who resolves the conflict.

MPG and PMA required the same discipline but not the same solution. One operating framework had to be adapted to two buildings, multiple competition cultures and different venue-owner interfaces.

Sepak Takraw, Wushu, Kurash, Jiu-Jitsu, Para Judo and Para Taekwondo make the project culturally specific. Venue management remains universal, but the live environment is rooted in the sports and rituals of the Games.

The operating principle: no hacks — only adapted settings that make the venue work.
